Here she is: Tomorrows Country Super Star

Jordyn Shellhart

Born in Cheyenne, Wyoming on March 27, 1994, she has one brother (Taylor), a mom (Tana), a dad (Jim), two grandmas (Helen and Betty), lots of aunts and uncles and even more cousins. They are spread out between Idaho, Wyoming and Northern California...

Jordyn was singing from the time she was able to talk and started singing in church when she was three-years-old. When she was eight-years-old, her mom signed her up for voice lessons with Melissa Phillippe, which she enjoyed for about 1 ½ years. Soon after, she was entered into her first talent contest at the Sonoma-Marin Fair in Petaluma, California, where she sang her favorite LeAnn Rimes song, Cowboy Sweetheart, and won 1st place in her category and was also the overall winner. That same year, she qualified for her first of three local Colgate Country Showdowns, and when she was 10, placed 3rd out of 12 contestants, with her being the youngest...

In late 2004, her mom decided that they needed to make a fresh start and get out of California. The family voted, packed up and in February, 2005, headed for Nashville. She is now a 7th-grade honor student and enjoys spending time with her friends and performing whenever she can and looks forward to 2007!

In addition to her ambitions to become an accomplished country-music singer/songwriter, she is an aspiring actress and is a natural in front of the camera... The whole text can be found on her website.
